Zero: What a Great Day...
...No, this isn't the first. But I believe that it is the first "great day" I've cared to post about.
The sun's out, the roads are clear, all weapons are clean, our ammo's full, and the food is great. Everything's working. No power outages, no down radios, no down computers, no long lines at the PX, no incoming, and as of yesterday morning a very much Hated thorn has finally disolved and died. Every breath is little easier, every thought is a bit clearer, the Pepsi's a bit sweeter, and the sky seems alot more clear.
No, I haven't lost it. Don't worry. I'm still very much sane. It's just so rare these days to have a day going so perfectly right and well. Hell, I even found out I'll probably make more on my tax return than I've made in previous jobs altogether.
I'm just more or less happy and just wanted to share.
Hmm... maybe there's some truth to "karma" after all...
