I am back in Baghdad again. Just wanted to let everyone know that all is good. Home is just around the corner. I leave Kuwait on the 30th for Germany. I will be spending a few days in Kuwait before my flight to check in on our office down there and make sure that their systems are running ok. I got a list from some of the people here of all the good stuff to do in Berlin so that should be fun. Anyway I am now thinking that I am going to buy a house by the end of the year. I figure it is a good time to buy since the Dallas area is a buyers market right now. I am going to pay off my car and all the little bills still lurking around out there by mid July and then I will be gin saving the %20 down payment. I am hoping that i have the %20 by Oct when I go home so I can close on a house while I am there. I will then rent it out to some good friends in Dallas and they can look over it for me until I get home. Rght now I am contemplating staying in the middle east for 2-3 years now. Here in the next 6-8 months another contract like the one I am working on right now will be starting up in Afghanastan. I am thinking that after my year in Iraq I will move over to that one for another year. There may even be some management opputunities there but that is just speculation right now. Anyway gotta go I will post again soon.
