Which is as thin of substance as the air and more inconstant than the wind, who woos even now the frozen bosom of the north, and being angered puffs away from thence, turning his side to the dew-dropping south.
I remember I had to interpret this piece on a highschool (or was it junior high?) english test. The question was: In the above passage from Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet, what was the point of Mercutio's story and why did he tell it?
I still remember my answer.
Mercutio was telling Romeo how fairytale daydreams were nothing more than pretty bullshit meant to fool your mind with wild delusions of grandeur that in the end only let you down and make you feel like shit. He told him this in the hopes that his friend would learn from his mistake and not allow it to happen again.
My answer was that plus or minus a few choice words. Now I may not have been the happiest kid in school, but I still believe that my answer was correct. Dreams can be entertaining and fun up to a certain point. But past that they become dangerous and destructive. I believe the Queen Mab story was meant to illustrate this. How far you go into your dreams is how hard you will fall when they don't come true.

Zero: Another Quiz
Ok, first off this *isn't* as flattering as it seems.
For one thing, the F-16 - and its many variants - are already outdated (it was developed back in the 70s). Even the US Air Force stopped buying them! 'Ever notice that this is the same jet fighter we sell the most of to other countries? Yup. It's already second hand schtuff. In fact, one MiG-29 could probably take on 3 of these if he knew what he was doing.
Second, this plane wasn't all that extraordinarily great to begin with. It was just "priced better" than its competitors.
Now, don't get me wrong. It's still a decent plane for what it is and when it was made. And I suppose it's only really this test's *description* that matters. But for what I got above I think a MiG-33 or EuroFighter would be more appropriate. Maybe even the F-14 if you're talking about my dazzling good looks...
...and if age isn't important, maybe a P-51 Mustang as well? (Thanx, Jazzi)
